  • XIT Training (Xtreme Interval Training)
    Intense 60-minute body conditioning/resistance training in a group setting, targeting strength building and muscular endurance.  Coach PJ’s own take on the traditional “circuit training” class features rapid movement from one exercise to the next.  Cost of XIT class is $20/person.   Classes are held in the Cave at Body Evolution Chiropractic & Fitness on Tuesdays &  Thursdays at 6:15pm, and Saturdays at 7:30am.
  • Massage & Stretch Therapy
    Coach PJ, LMT, is a graduate of International School of Professional Bodywork.  His massage techniques improve circulation, detoxify the body, relieve tension, improve digestion, enhance muscle tone, and increase mental alertness.  Massage not only benefits the body, it benefits the mind as well.
  • Educational Clinics & Interactive Forums
    Do you need to start a workout program but have questions and concerns about where and how to begin?  Are you overweight and need help setting up an exercise routine for the very first time?  Then join Coach PJ at one of his interactive clinics where he answers your questions and shows you various different approaches to fitness.  Come prepared to get hands-on experience as he shows you how easy it is to get a good workout without the need of any equipment.  Check the Events page of for a schedule of his upcoming clinics!
  •  Nutrition Plans
    The typical North American diet is not working, as seen by the skyrocketing levels of heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and obesity.  New research demonstrates that these conditions are mostly preventable, and even reversible, by a change of lifestyle.  Coach PJ applies the teachings of the “Maximized Living Nutrition Plans” to his clients who have certain health conditions to help get them back on track.
